1. General Provisions
This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official offer from Andreeva Anna Aleksandrovna (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), published on the website Mornwood.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), to conclude a contract for the sale of digital products under the conditions stated herein.
This Offer is a public offer in accordance with applicable law. The Seller’s placement of this Offer on the Website constitutes an offer to any person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) to purchase digital products on the terms set out below.
2. Subject of the Offer
The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with digital products (including but not limited to: cross-stitch patterns, digital illustrations, and written stories) in electronic form, and the Buyer agrees to pay for them.
The specific name, description, and price of each digital product are displayed on the corresponding product page of the Website.
3. Acceptance of the Offer and Conclusion of the Contract
The Buyer’s payment for a digital product constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.
The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is deemed concluded from the moment the Seller receives confirmation of successful payment from the payment service provider.
4. Payment Procedure
Payment is made at the time of ordering on the Website using the payment methods available on the Website.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the payment information provided. The Seller is not liable for any delays or errors in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically. After successful payment, the Buyer will receive access to the purchased digital product via the email address provided during checkout, or through the Buyer’s account on the Website (if applicable).
The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that access is granted promptly after payment confirmation. However, the Seller is not liable for delivery failures caused by the Buyer’s incorrect email address, spam filters, or technical issues on the Buyer’s side.
If the Buyer does not receive the download link, they should contact the Seller at anvystitchmail@gmail.com and the Seller will provide the link again.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products sold, all sales are final. The Buyer acknowledges that, by purchasing a digital product, they expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and lose their right of withdrawal once access or download begins.
Refunds are not available after access to the digital product has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All digital products and Website content are protected by intellectual property laws.
The purchase of a digital product grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license for personal use only. The Buyer may not:
- Resell, share, distribute, or publicly make available the digital product;
- Create competing products based on the purchased materials;
- Claim authorship or ownership of the digital product.
8. Liability
The Seller provides digital products “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Seller is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the products;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
- Issues caused by the Buyer’s equipment, software, or internet connection.
Nothing in this Offer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Privacy and Personal Data
The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data (including name, email address, and payment information) solely for the purposes of order fulfillment, payment processing, and customer support.
The Seller does not share customer information with third parties except when required by law or necessary for payment processing (e.g., payment service providers).
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, wars, or internet infrastructure failures.

In case of disputes arising from this Offer, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Offer by purchasing a digital product.
